Ingredients (makes 12 quichelets):

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 diced onion
  • Handful shredded ham/salary/sausage
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon baking pulverisation
  • i cup grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Cook your onions and meat (for me, it volition ever be bacon!) over a medium heat on the pan. Grease the tray with some spray oil or melted butter and then portion your onions and meat into each picayune cup. Equally that cools, combine your eggs, milk, oil, baking pulverization and seasoning and whisk information technology all upwardly.
